HePuerto Rico Performing Arts Trust (FAEPR) is a public service organization in the area of arts and culture. This Trust was established by public deed as an entity with existence in perpetuity. The administration of the Trust is in charge ofArts, Inc.

 

Arts, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the production of artistic events for children, youth and adults. The organization produces and distributes shows as a tool for economic, educational, and social transformation for the communities of Puerto Rico. The topics that FAEPR addresses in its projects consider the school curriculum for Kindergarten to 12th grade levels and integrate civics, humanities, socio-emotional intelligence, diversity, equity and inclusion; among other pertinent and relevant topics to our contemporary society.

Goals

  1. Conceive pertinent and relevant projects to the educational, emotional, psychological and social needs of Puerto Rico. 

  2. Produce multidisciplinary and mixed media works (visual arts, film, radio, theater, among others) that represent current Puerto Rican society. 

  3. Raise federal and state funds, along with private donations deductible from the payroll, for the subsidy of our daily operations and artistic projects.

Strategy

  1. Establish a theater repertory company forall types of public, agile, dynamic and productive.

  2. Validate the corporate mission and vision with empirical evidence and audience experiences.

  3. Cement relationships with philanthropists who have the economic capacity to subsidize Puerto Rican theater work for children, youth, and adults.

  4. Present statistical validation for the proposals of our annual projects. 

  5. Maintain, nurture and promote an avid, disciplined and multidisciplinary work team.

  6. Integrate in each step of the operation the values of camaraderie, companionship and respect.

  7. Consider, integrate and validate all communities in corporate communications.

  8. Privileging and promoting human relations over individual differences. 

  9. Collaborate, share and integrate any idea that elevates the final product of the Trust.
